1. Who we are
This policy covers the Kicknivo iPhone and iPad football knowledge game, its notification and configuration services on muneerdata.site, and this public privacy page.
Kicknivo is the operator responsible for the installation records and support communications described here. Apple and Google also process information through their own services under their respective policies.

2. Local game data
Your saved match, answers, scores, XP, levels, achievements, difficulty preferences, recent-question history, and sound and haptic settings are stored locally on your device. Football content and licensed portraits are bundled for offline play.
Kicknivo does not upload this game progress to our server and does not require a player account, name, email address, contacts, camera access or access to your photo library. We do not operate a cloud game-progress account.
Apple-managed device backups may include local app data if you enable them. Their storage and restoration are controlled by Apple and your device settings.
3. Advertising, regional consent & Apple tracking
The free app uses Google AdMob for banner, native, interstitial, app-open and optional rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform SDKs may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, ad views and interactions, and crash, performance and diagnostic information.
Where required, Google's regional consent form explains advertising choices before live ads are requested. A privacy-options entry point is provided in the app's Settings when required, so you can change those choices.
Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission is separate. When appropriate, Kicknivo requests it after regional consent. You may decline. Without suitable authorization, the app requests non-personalized ads; Google evaluates regional choices to determine which ads can be served. Non-personalized or limited advertising can still involve permitted processing for delivery, security and measurement.
Kicknivo does not itself read or upload Apple's advertising identifier. Google's SDK must respect Apple's permission status. We do not attempt to bypass a refusal. You can change Apple's permission in iOS Settings; a new regional choice does not override that permission.
Verified Kicknivo Pro access removes ad placements and prevents new ad requests. Purchasing Pro does not automatically delete information already processed by an advertising provider.

4. Optional notifications & configuration services
If you enable Notifications and Apple supplies a push token, the app registers an installation with our server. The registration contains:
- A random installation reference and a hashed proof used to protect registration updates.
- Apple's push token, notification-enabled status, app build number and push environment.
- A last-report timestamp used for coarse counts of registered and recently active installations.
The installation secret is generated on your device and sent over HTTPS; the server stores its hash rather than the secret itself. Registration reports are normally limited to twice a day unless permission, token, build or environment changes. These records are device-linked information, not an anonymous all-player analytics service. They do not contain your guesses, game history, purchases, name or email address, and are not shared with advertising providers for tracking.
Our server shares the push token and notification payload with Apple Push Notification service to deliver messages. Daily Challenge reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not record whether you opened or read a server notification.
Turning Notifications off disables local reminders and clears the push token through the next successful registration update. An offline change cannot reach the server immediately. Deleting the app does not directly notify our server; rejected Apple tokens are removed from delivery records when reported during a send.
The app also requests public ad and reminder settings from our server. Hosting infrastructure receives connection information such as IP address, request path, timestamp, status and browser or app client information. Registration IP addresses are used temporarily for rate limiting, independently of the stored installation record.
5. Purchases & Apple platform services
Kicknivo Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple. The app uses Apple's StoreKit service to verify purchase entitlements, restore access and respond to refunds or revocations. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password, and the app does not send purchase history to our notification server.
Apple manages payment, transaction and platform information under its Privacy Policy. App Store ratings, reviews and device backups are also Apple services. Resetting game progress does not cancel a purchase or remove Apple's transaction records.
6. Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, resolve a problem or process a privacy request. Email is handled through Gmail under Google's applicable service terms and privacy policy.
You do not need to provide your name or email address to play. Sending a support email is a separate, voluntary action.
7. Purposes & legal bases
We use local settings and saved progress to provide the game. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request for essential functionality, consent for optional notifications and advertising processing where required, and legitimate interests in proportionate service security, abuse prevention, operational reporting and responding to support requests.
We may also process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Regional consent and Apple tracking choices remain independent.
9. Retention & deletion

Removing the app or resetting game progress does not itself delete server registration records, previously processed advertising data or Apple's purchase records. To request removal of our installation record, email us. If the app is still installed, you can copy the privacy request reference from Settings and include it so we can locate the record.
10. Your choices & privacy rights
- Play without creating an account, enabling notifications or allowing Apple tracking.
- Change notification preferences in Kicknivo or iOS Settings.
- Change regional advertising choices through the privacy-options entry point when required.
- Reset saved game progress in Settings or remove local app data.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing where applicable law provides these rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. We may need reasonable information to locate a record and verify a request, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Because the game has no player account, an email address alone may not identify an installation.
Contact monerxxy1@gmail.com. There is no requirement to pay, buy Pro or permit tracking to submit a privacy request.
11. Children
Kicknivo is a general-audience football knowledge game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request identifying contact information from children. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us to request appropriate action.
Device restrictions can limit tracking, notification permissions and purchases. Where a child requires parental authorization under applicable law, the parent or guardian should manage these choices. This policy does not describe a dedicated children's advertising mode.
12. This privacy page
This page does not embed ads, analytics, social widgets or external font scripts, and it does not set cookies. Our web host still processes connection information to serve and protect the website. The separate administrator dashboard uses login-session cookies; players do not need dashboard access to read this policy or use the game.
Links to Apple or Google lead to their websites and their privacy practices. An email link opens your chosen mail application; it does not automatically send a message.
13. Changes & contact
We may update this policy when our practices or services change. The current version and effective date are published on this page. If a change requires a new consent choice, that choice will be requested through the relevant app or provider flow.
