1. Scope & operator
Kicknivo provides the football knowledge game and its supporting configuration and notification services. These terms describe your use of those services. The operator's contact is monerxxy1@gmail.com.
Your App Store application licence is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a different licence is expressly provided with the app through Apple. This page supplements the description of our services; it does not replace that licence, Apple's applicable usage rules or mandatory consumer protections.
Using Kicknivo does not automatically grant notification permission, advertising consent or Apple tracking authorization. Those choices are handled separately.
2. Use & eligibility
Use Kicknivo on compatible devices under the applicable App Store licence and local law. A player account is not required. You are responsible for your device settings and any connection charges.
Follow the app's store age rating and any legal requirements that apply to you. Parents or guardians should supervise a minor's purchases and permissions where required. Kicknivo is a general-audience game, with no dedicated children's advertising mode.
3. Gameplay & saved progress
The app offers football questions and puzzles, scores, XP, levels, streaks and achievements. These are virtual game progression with no cash value, transferable balance or entitlement to a monetary prize. Kicknivo does not provide betting or real-money wagering.
Questions, valid answers and scoring follow the instructions displayed for each mode. A shared Daily Challenge follows a UTC date; replaying it does not create another daily bonus. Quick Play and Daily Challenge reuse the game library.
Progress is stored on your device. Resetting progress, removing local app data, replacing the device or restoring a backup can affect that progress. We do not operate a player-account cloud save. Purchases and local progress are separate: resetting scores does not cancel a purchase.
4. Football facts & answer scope
Football content uses identified source snapshots and automated validation. Questions may describe historical records or a dated statistics snapshot; they are not a live football feed or a guarantee of complete player careers. Upstream errors, later changes or omissions can occur.
For player-entry games, accepted answers are limited to the bundled identities and the question's stated rules. Football Grid accepts matching players in its bundled roster; it cannot judge every footballer worldwide. Spelling suggestions assist selection but do not change the documented criteria.
If a fact or accepted answer appears wrong, contact us with the mode, question text and source detail shown in the app so we can review it. Game results are for entertainment and do not constitute an official sporting record.
5. Optional Kicknivo Pro purchase
Where available through Apple's purchase interface, Kicknivo Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Kicknivo does not add a subscription or recurring renewal charge. The local price, currency and applicable taxes displayed by Apple before confirmation apply.
Verified Pro access removes all app ad formats and gives immediate access to answers for submitted rounds and complete solutions for finished matches. It does not reveal unanswered future rounds or add points or XP. All game modes remain available without purchasing Pro.
Pro access belongs to the supported Kicknivo purchase product and is verified through Apple. It does not promise separate future apps or separately offered products at no charge. We will respect purchased benefits, Apple's rules and applicable consumer rights when making service changes.
A declined, cancelled, failed, unverified or pending payment does not unlock Pro. Payment authorization is your choice; displaying the Pro information page does not start a purchase.
6. Restoration, refunds & billing
Use Restore purchases to ask Apple to restore a verified entitlement for the relevant Apple Account. Purchase access may be removed if Apple refunds, revokes or otherwise invalidates that entitlement. This does not itself delete game progress.
Apple processes payments and refund requests. If you need a refund, follow Apple's refund request process; eligibility and handling depend on Apple's terms and applicable law. This page does not restrict any statutory refund or remedy rights.
We do not collect payment-card details or your Apple Account password. For app functionality or Pro-access problems, contact Kicknivo. For payment-account issues, use Apple's support channels.
7. Advertising & rewarded solutions
The free app may display Google AdMob banner, native, interstitial and app-open ads at eligible moments. Advertising availability depends on connectivity, provider availability, privacy choices and app settings. The app's gameplay and saved result do not require a successful ad download.
A completed match may offer one optional rewarded ad to unlock its missed solutions. The ad provider must report an earned reward for that match. Closing early, a failed presentation or an unavailable ad does not unlock solutions. Clicking an advertiser's link is not required to earn this game reward.
Unlocked solutions give no extra game points or XP. Scores, completed results, replay and home remain available without watching a rewarded ad. Pro access provides the solution benefit without ads.
Advertisers control their offers and external websites. A third-party offer is not a Kicknivo endorsement or part of your purchase from us.
8. Privacy & optional notifications
Our Privacy Policy explains local progress, advertising data, optional notification registration, retention and privacy requests. Regional advertising choices and Apple's tracking permission are independent. Declining optional permissions does not remove access to football gameplay.
Notifications are optional. Local reminders and server announcements depend on your preferences, device permission, provider availability and iOS delivery settings. Timing or delivery is not guaranteed. Turning notifications off while offline reaches the server after a successful later update.
9. Acceptable use
Use the app and its services lawfully. Do not attempt to impersonate another installation, obtain other users' notification tokens, bypass purchase verification, attack the server, automate abusive requests or interfere with other users' service access.
We may limit abusive access to server services where proportionate and lawful. We will not use this provision to override mandatory consumer rights or remove a valid paid entitlement contrary to Apple's rules.
10. Intellectual property & third-party rights
Kicknivo's original software, interface and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your use remains subject to the App Store licence.
Football facts, datasets and player portraits may be public-domain material or supplied under separate licences. Credits and source information are available in the app. These terms do not reduce rights granted by those licences or claim ownership of public-domain facts.
Player, club and tournament names identify the subjects of questions. Kicknivo is an independent game; references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by a footballer, club, federation, league or tournament organizer.
11. Availability, maintenance & service changes
Core football gameplay is designed to work offline. Ads, purchases, restoration, remote configuration, server notifications and external links may need internet access or third-party services.
We may update questions, fix errors, improve the interface and maintain supporting services. Availability can be affected by outages, device or operating-system compatibility and provider decisions. We do not promise uninterrupted external services or a particular future content schedule.
We remain responsible for app support and any remedies required by applicable law. Nothing here removes the consumer's rights in digital content, purchases or services.
12. Consumer rights & disputes
These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. They do not impose mandatory arbitration, require you to waive statutory remedies or select a foreign court over protections that apply where you live.
Where app-store terms apply, those terms govern the relevant store transaction or licence, subject to applicable law. Contact us first if you want help resolving an app-related problem. You remain entitled to use the legal remedies available to you.
13. Updates to these terms
The current version and effective date are published here. We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services or applicable requirements. Material changes will be handled with notice or consent where required by law, and will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or alter an already completed purchase contrary to applicable rules.
New optional privacy permissions are never created by an update to this page.
